- Develop international market for Rovema India Machines.
- Focus on business opportunities from Africa, Middle East, South East Asia
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenues.
- Build productive, longterm business relationships within a variety of cultural settings, using knowledge in business customs and procedures.
- Consistently align the company with external opportunities by driving the product development activities as per customer needs.
Required Skills
- Good exposure to FMCG / Food processing industries and Packaging equipments.
- Good understanding of relevant markets in Africa, Middle East, South East Asia.
- Exposure to working with Agents as well as direct sales
- High level of drive and Influencing capability.
- Knowledge of export regulations and standards.
- Good skills in business development, marketing strategy, customer relationship management, business analysis.
Education & Experience
- BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering – with 8-15 yrs Sales experience
- At least 6-8 yrs experience in international Sales to relevant countries.
